WCF Throttling and Concurrency".

Concurrency ensures data integrity and WCF service instances can serve multiple requests at the same time. Concurrency need to be handled properly when you build a high performance service, serving multiple requests at the same time.. It has the same importance as transaction we used in SQL.   Read more on below link..
Throttling is  to control the concurrency or to set a limit on concurrency. No of requests. If it goes beyond a certain limit, you will see web server starting to have too much load and respond to our requests slowly. When you build a Service this is important
